WSA partner club SVNÖ STRÖCK is confronted with a big task – the home match premiere in the new Champions League season 2014/2015.
On Monday, Oct 27, 2014 (19.00 / 7 p.m.) the Austrian Champion and reigning ETTU-Cup Winner SVNÖ Ströck welcomes the Polish Champion KTS Zamek Tarnobrzeg.
The Polish team has very strong players, for example the defensive specialist and number 8 in the ITTF World Ranking: Han Ying; who has just won the gold medal at the European Team Championships in Lisbon with the German team.
It is a big task for SVNÖ Ströck which lines up with a restructured and rejuvenated team. Additionally Ströck’s no. 1, Daniela Dodean, still suffers from a knee injury and cannot compete in this match.
But: Matilda Ekholm (Sweden), Dora Madarasz (Hungary), Tetyana Bilenko (Ukrain) and the team starlets Lea Rakovac (Croatia) and Tamolwan Khetkuen (Thailand) who are the youngest players in the current CL-season (17-year-old) are willing to fight for their chance.
We look forward to a great table tennis evening and hope for your support at the Werner Schlager Academy.
Tickets can be bought at the box office for 5 Euro.
