Prestigious award for Richard Prause, the head coach of the Werner Schlager Academy in Schwechat.

The European Table Tennis Union nominated Richard Prause as coach for the Europe-selection at the EURO-ASIA-Challenge, which will take place on 12 / 13 May in Tianjin (China).

Prause will try to lead Timo Boll (Germany), Vladimir Samsonov (Belarus), Adrien Mattenet (France), Michael Maze (Denmark) and Bojan Tokic (Slovenia) to victory over the giants of Asia and he will get support from another WSA staff member.

WSA physiotherapist Barbara Halper will accompany Richard Prause to Tianjin to ensure the fitness of the European team.

The EURO-ASIA-Challenge brings a lot of prestige and € 60,000 for the winning team.
