Only Daniela Dodean was missing in this match and so SVS Ströck almost lined up in star cast. The aim: Repeating the success of the first leg in Linz and advancing in the ETTU-Cup finals. Starting with Li Fen – reigning European and Swedish champion – against Liu Jan the SVS Ströck player Li performed superb and did not give her opponent any chance in 3 games (11-4, 11-8, 11-5).

Following Tetyana Bilenko, SVS’ defensive player and replacement for Daniela Dodean, played against Camelia Postoaca. This match was the most thrilling one in the evening because Postoaca managed to win the first and third game by showing her strengths against Bilenko’s defensive style. With her back to the wall Bilenko could win the fourth game and overpowered Postoaca in the fifth, decisive game (8-11, 11-3, 9-11, 12-10, 11-1).

The intermediate result was 2:0 for SVS Ströck when Petra Lovas met Froschbergs Kristyna Stefcova at the table. The following match was a lesson for Stefcova  who was dominated in three clear games (11-2, 11-5, 11-7).

With this victory SVS Ströck advances in the ETTU-Cup finale against Lyssois Lille Metropole.
