The changing of the guard is complete.  After 14 years of dominance by Linz, the Werner Schlager Academy's women's team SVS STRÖCK has, in its first season, secured the women's league title.

In both final ties, the SVS STRÖCK stars Daniela Dodean, Li Qiangbing, and Huang Yi-Hua defeated Linz Froschberg 6 – 1, an impressive effort in the changing of the guard.

After the completion of the second final in the Multiversum in Schwechat, it was determined definitively that the Women's Project at the Werner Schlager Academy is highly successful as it complements the SVS STRÖCK title in the cross-border Super League.

For the next season, the same team will be kept together in Schwechat.  In addition, another top player (whose name, for tactical reasons, could not yet be revealed) has committed for the coming season.

For the 2011/2012 season, the SVS STRÖCK women will be seeking the Champions League title.  The draw takes place on 9 June in the Multiversum in Schwechat.
