On Monday at 19:30 in the WSA Hall, Austrias' highly acclaimed table tennis champion team SVS STRÖCK makes its debut in the European Champions League against the strong Czech team Gumotex Breclav in Group A action.

The WSA partner club will begin at full strength: Fan Ying (China), Daniela Dodean (Romania), Li Qiangbing, and Nicole Galitschitsch (both Austria), with Nicole nominated by SVS STRÖCK head coach Liu Yan Jun for the Champions League debut.

Particularly noteworthy is the incorporation of Austria's youth champion Nicole Galitschitsch,  who has been training for about a year in the Werner Schlager Academy and, through this process, has made enormous improvement; a definite hint at a prosperous future.  Increasingly, the young Austrian is being introduced to bigger and bigger jobs.

Valerie Tischler is another ÖTTV talent from the Austrian women's championship squad.
