WSA players on the rise

National and international players in the WSA training group made great leaps forward in the newly published world rankings of the ITTF.


Excelling the - for more than a year living permanently in Schwechat - Portuguese Marcos Freitas, who with rank 17 (previous month: 22) was able to achieve his best ever placing in the ranking of the World Federation.


As well the already also long time domiciled in Schwechat Russian Alexander Shibaev is one of the big winners of the month: He climbed from 52 to 41


From Austria's players primarily Daniel Habesohn (from 93 to 85) and Simon Pfeffer, who reached with rank 663 the best place in his career, have reasons to rejoice in December.


In the women's world ranking , the 16-year-old Thai woman, who has been living for two years in Schwechat and plays for Austria's top team SVS STRÖCK, has managed for the first time into the top 300 (285) .


Number 1 of the WSA ladies training group continues to be the newly Swedish Single European Champion Li Fen (SVS STRÖCK / Rank 33).
